good book ![]()
I thought this book was easy to follow and look forward to doing some of the recipes
Another triumph for Nigel ![]()
Nigel Slater writes about real things he has cooked and grown, with love and pride. He's a great communicator and the book is inspirational.
Excellent, descriptive book. ![]()
This book is a really interesting book that really gives a full variety of flavoursome dishes. A great accompaniment to the teleision programme 'Simple Suppers', although I don't think that it has all the recipes that are shown on the programme. I would thoroughly recommend this book if you are looking for some cooking inspiration because it gives you a really in-depth and quality narrative. You can tell that Slater is really passionate about his career.
He is still one of the best ![]()
Another book from Nigel Slater that I felt compelled to add to my collection, as always his books delight and amuse as well as being a great help to the novice or experienced cook,
A sturdy and thick book, which covers an array of vegetables, all to often forgotten in this day and age, It makes good reading and one wants to dip into it time and time again, whether looking for a recipe or not.
