Ok book bit short
I have been looking mostly at other things but this book looks ok plenty of information more for managers than the technicians themselves.

A Little good book to pass the exam
The book serves its purpose at fullest. If you are preparing for ITIL foundation certificate this is the best book.
Really good book to pass ITIL V3 foundation
I have only read this book to pass my ITIL V3 foundation exam. Very good book and easily understandable. I recommend you read at least three times. But one more important things is that you need to practice mock exam. There are many on the web. Download those and practice again and again. Love this book.
academic language 
Having got used to easier English, as a non-native speaker, i have to say this book was a bit too academic and even boring at times.
On the other hand, the material was very well structured, and accompanying diagrams very helpful, so i'm sure this book also had its share on my passing the ITIL Foundations exam.
