Great Book ![]()
You can get through this book very quickly. Paul writes in a very easy style, dosen't try to mislead you and basically what he talks about is all common sense. Diets are no quick fix and this book really makes you think about what you are eating and if you really need to eat everything in front of you. I really like the mind techniques and have practised these with real success. Love this book - I bought a copy last year and gave it to my friend but recently bought it again because I had put on a few pounds and wanted some inspiration. Highly reccommended!
Paul McKenna- Thank you!! ![]()
I have been using this program before going to bed every night for the past 6 weeks.
I have to say I am impressed- it actually works for me!!
I find I am much more in control of my eating. I trust myself to eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full.
I haven't been bloated in most of this time and I have lost weight.
And the best part is it feels so easy and natural.
If you feel you've tried everything and still didn't manage to take control of your eating- I would definitely recommend trying this CD.
Good Luck!!
He makes sense!! ![]()
What Paul McKenna is telling you in this book makes sence. It is about changing your attitude to food, diets dont work. Even if you are a bit sceptical it is worth a read.
Thank you thank you thank you! ![]()
I'm one of those people that has been chunky all my life. And being only 5'1", the extra weight really shows! I hit 12st a few years back and thought: that's it, something needs to be done. First I opted for pretty much starving myself, which I would NOT recommend, and although I lost a stone, it didn't really show. I then discovered running which helped me shed another stone, and I started looking a lot healthier. Even though my target was 9st, I plateaued around the 10st mark, not managing to budge the last stone.
Then earlier this year Paul McKenna's book was mentioned to me. I bought it, read it through, and thought: it makes so much sense! So with the combination of the four golden rules and regular running, I've finally shifted the last stone! The weight loss has worked out as more or less a pound a week, which I believe is a healthy rate. I've dropped 2 dress sizes, feel so much healthier and happier with my body, and have had countless positive comments! I also now have a much better relationship with food, and my cravings have more or less disappeared.
I really do recommend this book to anyone who wants to shift any amount of weight. Yes, it is just common sense, but I needed Mr McKenna to knock it into me :-)
