The Five Dysfunctions of a Team
Brilliant and easy to read. I first read it some months ago and then bought copies for the whole of my executive team!!
Good Story
A business book written as a story, it can be read in 2 hours. Unlike some similar reads, it doesn't patronise and it's not corny. You'll find yourself identifying the team members with people you've known and it seems to help the messages get through as a result.
Will read some of his other stuff as a result.
A great Teamwork book for Sport Teams not only for Bussiness 
Leocini makes a great job in this book. We start reading like a romance, because he writes the fable of a new CEO in a powerful way. We are taken by it and becomes dificult to stop reading. We learn so much in it and real life comes soon to our mind. Very good not only to bussiness but also to coaches of sport teams.

Easy to read and interesting
This book is different to other management books and provides more of a 'fly on the wall' perspective to managing a team well, including predominantly the problems and relationships that must be developed to achieve this successfully. An easy read and easy to see how it can be applied in the workplace.
