Great read for people starting out
I am not new to property investing but still an amateur and what I loved about reading this book is it simplified a lot of the jargon and I like the use of stories and examples to relay each point clearly. It doesn't say 'go and do this, this and this now' but takes a reassuring approach. Highly recommended!

A must read
This book is light at the end of a tunnel. Amongst such economic gloom it gives hope and indeed more than hope: action for those who want to safeguard their future.

This is without doubt the most complete book I have ever read on property investing mapping out the whole process from start to finish. The author has done a great job in creating a good entertaining read with the most valuable lessons a property investor needs to know from a novice level to the most experienced. If you have ever thought about investing in property then this book is a must read, I strongly recommend it.
