Does the job perfectly
Bought Cardscan to eliminate the ever increasing pile of business cards that never seem to get entered into my online contact list. Installed quickly & simply, and was working in a matter of minutes. Picks up most details right first time. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent - easy to use, syncronises with Outlook & saves so much time
Cardscan is excellent. Come back from a meeting & scan all the business cards you get in seconds. The software is astoundingly accurate at interpreting company names, phone numbers and email addresses. Occassionally struggles with a logo-name but takes seconds to correct. Then syncronises with Outlook. The softaware can absorb all your existing Outlook contacts, cleverly sorts and removes duplicates (checks with you), so you can sort out your existing contacts database too. Searching is much easier and more functional than Outlook. Also stores an image of the business card, so their cards can go in the bin. Good back up too. And you can drag an address & phone numbers from an email into Cardscan too. A life changer!
