Well known product at a great price

Software delivery
The software arrive wihin 48hrs of order and was as expected brand new. Installation went without a hitch. Very good service and will use this seller again.
MS Office 2003
I think the product is better than the latest versions and uses less memory. I received the product the next day
and loading was simple. Despite warnings to the contrary there where no problems because it was an OE version
and it works well with Vista HP.

Item did not arrive but with only two days before the delivery dead line, I contacted the supplier and they traced it to find out it had gone astray and very quickly sent a replacement.
Item is good quality and pleased with supplier for their actions.
