Difficult to get working . . .
Loads of space and works reasonably quickly.
However, I experienced a lot of hassle, in getting it to be recognised from within Windows XP SP3. In fact, the first one to arrive was sent back because it would neither work on my own laptop, or, my daughter's desktop machine. I had assumed it was faulty.
The second one to arrive, exhibited the same problems.
Essentially, what I did was to disabled the device using device manager. It was being recognised as both a memory device and a CD/DVD! Looked like a clash of drive number allocation somewhere. I disabled the part referring to the CD/DVD device and all has been well since.
I then formatted the memory stick, so that I could use the full capacity for my needs, which was to store as much music as possible. Unfortunately, I chose to format as NTFS. This would be fine if I were only using it on my own machine. But, I also wanted to play the music using the USB input on a Panasonic LCD TV. This didn't work until I reformatted the device as FAT32.
So, we live and learn!
Would I recommend the device! Yes, for the time being, it is now working exactly as I expected, and is a very good price, from Amazon. Hopefully, it will continue to do so, for many more hours . . .
And, finally, my thanks to Amazon, for being so prompt to replace the original and refund the return postage etc.

Im am very satisfied with the condition and value of the product. It works perfectly.
Stoppped working after I plugged it into a Vista computer 
Price, capacity and the retractable function (so that you don't have a lid to loose) are all great. U3 worked on my Windows XP computer but never got to fully test it as when I plugged it into a friends computer (with Windows Vista) to copy some photos it stopped working. It copied some of the photos but then the USB stick stopped working. Windows couldn't find it, the light on the USB stick no longer lit up. I have since tried it on 2 other computers and still no luck in getting it to work. SanDisk claim the device is XP and Vista compatible but am doubting that claim at the moment. SanDisk also say that a high power usb port is required which might be inconvenient for some.
USB 16GB Pendrive 
Fantastic little product, always with me on my keyring. Previously had the 2GB, then 8GB and now 16GB. Love the retractable usb, so that you don't loose the cap.
Excellent, extremely impressed.
I bought this product as a gift for my boyfriend. It is high quality and for the price it is amazing that it has 16GB of memory. I even bought one for my myself after this too! DOn't hesitate.
