I ordered this phone after reading many good reviews on it. These phones didn't look as modern as I thought from the picture, they are bigger and longer than I thought when I first saw them, however after using them they are really sturdy, practical and much more comfortable than my last modern looking phone. Because it is longer it is easier to hear and feels so much more substantial. It is lovely to have 3 handsets and the ring tones better than my last phone. It was easy to enter contacts and transfer to other handsets. Only negative comment is the picture looks like its a black, sexy glossy phone & in reality it's quite plain, however In reflection I am satisfied with it.

Excellent Buy
This is a brilliant product and reasonably priced. The large buttons and illuminated keypad/screen are a godsend. I thought it would be a lot of hassle setting up the phonebook on three handsets, as my previous phone had only two handsets and each handset had to be set-up individually. However, I was very impressed how simple it was to do this and updating the phonebook couldn't be any easier. I have had this phone set for a month now, and so far I have had no problems. I am very pleased with my purchase and I would recommend this product to anyone.
Excellent value for money!
We've used these phones for the last couple of months and haven't had a problem at all - the sound quality is excellent, the buttons are easy to read and use - no complaints.

Very pleased with these phones- Panasonic KX-TG6413ET DECT Triple Digital Cordless Phone Set - Black. Easy to set up and use. Prompt to arrive. Would recommend.
Only possible downside is that, as most other reviewers point out, the choice of ringtones are a bit poor. If there can only be a small selection, why can this not include just a simple 'ring'.
