I have found this a wholly satisfactory product that does exactly what was claimed for it.
Great little machine 
I bought this as I have to do Power Point presentations and have carried a very bulky laptop. This is very effective. I also bought an external cd/dvd drive but unfortunately I can't seem to play dvds as it says my computer does not have a dvd decoder. Can anyone help with this as i am not the most computer literate person?
New Computer
I bought my Samsung NC10 Netbook with some spare cash I had specifically so that I could show photographs to my wife, who is disabled. I'm really impressed with the machine and have also made use of it at Parish Council meetings. It can connect to our TV and give really good defined photographs on screen. When I was researching for this Netbook, I took notice of some adverse commebts like flimsy, small screen, no CD slot but having bought a CD attachment would refute any of these claims. It is also much more powerful than my existing PC and faster startup, downloading etc. At the same time I took advantage to purchase an Office 2007 3 user lience and can upgrade both my PC and my son's PC with this. A further advantage is that it was set up with Windows XP which I like much better then Vista. Very pleased with it's size, capability and appearance and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
Excellent Netbook
Purchased this mainly for my wife to take to work, but also using it at home as it's easier and quicker than booting up the family PC. Worked out of the box, as expected. Battery life seems good, although not stressed yet. Keyboard is the right size. Much lighter than my sons laptop, but it is smaller, but it is more than fit for purspose. Highly recommended.
Very Pleased
Samsung NC10 arrived on time in perfect condition. Uploaded Office through removable hard disk. All working perfectly. Connects quickly to internet. Takes a little time on the first use to set up; allow 1-2 hours. Very happy with the purchase.
