Some good some bad.
The Spider 3 elite is good, however I had a lot of problems with the print scanner, it can scan a line or single colour square, neither worked well for me, in line mode it kept having problems reading some colours (mainly reds) and in single mode one click would skip and measure 2 or 3 at the same time.

Hopefully it is just faulty and another one will work better.
